Wonderful staff

Dear Dr. Desilets:

I want to thank you for seeing me on October 26 to rebuild my tooth which had disintegrated. Although somewhat sensitive, I’ve been rinsing a lot with salt and warm water, and today it is starting to feel much better.

“I thank God for your skills ... ”

I thank God for your skills and I thank you for practicing in Worcester so I could be treated by you and your wonderful staff.

Continued good health so you can continue helping people like me.

Sincerely.

What a relief!

Dear Dr. Byrne:

I want to express my thanks for the calls and concern to check on me after my root canal on November 18.

“I had very little discomfort and no pain.”

Good news! I had very little discomfort and no pain. The sensitivity to cold is about 95 percent improved and I see that as perfect. What a relief! I feel sure things will continue to go well and probably will not need to see you.

However, I wanted to let you know how appreciative I am for everything, especially the good job, care and concern.

Happy Thanksgiving to you!

Great job!

Dear Dr. Manzoli:

It’s been nearly a month since I had my root canal and, as you stated, I was a little uncomfortable for a week but since then it’s been fine. Thanks for doing such a great job in a one-shot deal – something I’ve never experienced in the past. Great job!

Thanks to your staff

Dear Dr. Russo and Staff:

“... I want to thank you, Dr. Russo, and your assistant for being so kind.”

It was exactly one week ago today that you squeezed me in for a root canal. Thank you so much for giving me an earlier appointment. I was in an awful lot of pain before the root canal and since it has been done, my tooth is pain-free.

Since I have a phobia about dentists, I want to thank you, Dr. Russo, and your assistant for being so kind. The next step is to have my tooth crowned. I will call Dr. Zajac soon.

Thanks again.

Sincerely.

P. S. Thanks to your staff – those gals are great. I hope you compensate them well.

Totally pampered

Dear Dr. Desilets:

I just want to thank you for your excellent root canal work. You were calm and gentle and speedy and your running explanations made it interesting to a fussy patient who always wants to know everything. (I find it difficult to ask questions when someone has his fist in my mouth.)

“You were calm and gentle and speedy ...”

Your assistant has such a warm and caring nature, along with her obvious technical capabilities and your secretary a kind willingness to be helpful, that I felt totally pampered.

I don’t believe I have had a doctor call me to ask how I was doing in the last 50 years. I was almost tongue-tied!

Thank you.

SO kind

Gabriella:

I just wanted to thank you again for your help with my abscess, and for being so kind. I especially appreciated your call on Christmas day. In a way you made the pain easier to deal with.

I hope you have a very happy new year!

Sincerely.

Much needed relief

Dear Dr. Manzoli and Staff:

I want to thank all of you for your prompt and efficient care before, during and after the root canal. I have never had this procedure before but your caring and skill made the experience as positive as possible with much needed relief.

Thank you again.

Have a wonderful summer!

Regards.

Your staff is superb

Dear Dr. Russo and Staff:

I want to thank you for making an appointment time for me right away when I needed the root canal and again when I got hit in the face and realized I had a loose tooth.

“I am truly grateful for the wonderful care ...”

I am truly grateful for the wonderful care I received and for the referral to Dr. Klein! It was so helpful to be able to arrange an appointment with them on the day of my visit. I really appreciate the time you took to do this for me. And your staff is superb.

My sincere thanks.

Gold star

You deserve a huge gold star for what you did! Thanks!

Implant! Best thing I ever did! Thank you. Thank you.

SO appreciative

Dear Dr. Byrne:

This letter is long overdue to you and your office staff to say thank you for all your services.

I was the one who came to you the beginning of February in a state of pain and complete exhaustion (a lot to do with a newborn). When I made my initial call into your office I was thinking that I was possibly overreacting to my pain and what I should be doing about it. Terry walked me through the whole thought process and to this day I am so appreciative that someone took the time to do that, otherwise I would have not made my appointment.

“... I thank you and your staff for the way you took care of my problem ...”

Dr. Byrne, I also want to thank you and your assistants for being genuinely concerned and so thorough with your work. As a first timer with a root canal, I was a tad anxious going in but once the procedure was explained and the work had started, I was so relieved. I also greatly appreciate you all staying till 7:30 on a Friday night.

In closing, I thank you and your staff for the way you took care of my problem and hope that other patients express their gratitude for your hard work.

Sincerely.

Just fine

Dear Dr. Manzoli and Associates:

I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank all of you for fitting me into your busy schedules on July 13 and 14. A root canal on vacation was not on my schedule, but thanks to all of you it turned out just fine.

I sincerely appreciate everything you all did for me.

Thanks again.

From our referring doctors

Dear Drs. Desilets, Bryne, Manzoli and Russo:

February 1, 2006

Thanks for your recent survey which I am enclosing. I think it’s a great idea to stay current and with good communication that happens.

“... I really appreciate everything you do for me and my patients.”

I want to let you know how much I appreciate my now 30-year relationship with your practice. I and, more importantly, my patients have benefited greatly from your care and treatment. I can’t remember a time when you refused an emergency or were not available after hours. As general dentists, we sometimes take you for granted. Speaking for myself I want you to know that I really appreciate everything you do for me and my patients. I feel fortunate to count you as my colleagues and friends. I don’t think I’ll last another 30 years but I know however long I practice you will be there when I need you.

Sincerely,

William J. Coakley, Jr., DMD

Dear Root Canal Group:

The arrival of your most recent mailing requires me to announce I have given in to time’s passing and have retired.

I must tell you of the unfailing confidence with which I have referred so many patients to you over the years. Never had a complaint from anyone and saw many unbelievable trips to the apex.

Thanks again for everything.

Thomas R. Bane, D.D.S.
